Our Executive Chef is more than willing to modify the menu to meet your special needs. Prices below reflect dinner served buffet style. Dinner can always be served plated for an additional $2 per person charge.

Select Two Salads:

Sweet Sonoma Salad – Mixed greens, strawberries, Roquefort cheese, candied walnuts, champagne vinaigrette

Classic Caesar Salad – Romaine lettuce, herb croutons, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing

BLT Salad – Romaine lettuce, bacon, tomato, croutons, cheddar cheese, ranch drizzle

Sonoma Greens Salad – Mixed greens, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette

Mediterranean Spinach Salad – With feta cheese, red peppers, Kalamata olives, red onion and balsamic vinaigrette

Select Two Entrees:

Chicken Piccata – Sauteed breast of chicken with lemon, capers and white wine

Chicken Marsala – Sauteed breast of chicken in a Marsala reduction sauce with mushrooms

Chicken Florentine – With spinach, mushrooms, Ricotta cheese, and dry vermouth sauce

Roast Cross Rib of Beef – With red wine peppercorn sauce

Stuffed Pork Loin – With marinated dried fruit compote and madeira sauce

Fennel Crusted Pork Loin – Served with port wine sauce

Mojito Glazed Pork Loin – Served with a zesty citrus salsa

Mushroom and Cheese Ravioli – With porcini mushroom sauce

Vegetarian Wellington – Seasonal roasted vegetables wrapped in a puff pastry, served with chipotle aioli

Grilled Tri-Tip (add $2) – Served in a red wine reduction sauce with crispy fried onions

Grilled Salmon (add $4) – Choice of a lemon caper sauce, citrus champagne sauce, or tarragon sauce

Prime Rib (add $8) – With au jus and horseradish

Roasted New York Strip Loin (add $8) – With peppercorns and Port wine reduction sauce
